Deep work.
Real time.
When weekly sessions aren't enough, an intensive creates space for the kind of focused, transformative work that changes everything.
Start a ConversationEvery intensive starts with a consultation
All Trauma Healing Intensives begin with a 90-minute consultation to determine whether an intensive is clinically appropriate and to develop an individualized treatment plan.

Optional follow-up
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve intensive dates. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the scheduled intensive. Because Trauma Healing Intensives reserve substantial blocks of clinical time, cancellations and rescheduling are subject to a separate intensive cancellation policy.
Intensives are private-pay. Rockbridge Wellness doesn't bill insurance for intensives and doesn't provide superbills or reimbursement paperwork for them. Reaching out is never a commitment.
