Who you'll work with
We're a small team by design. Every provider brings deep experience with complex trauma and a relational approach to the work.

Dr. Jennifer Keith
Jennifer is the owner and principal psychotherapist of Rockbridge Wellness Group, helping adults heal from the lasting effects of complex trauma, developmental trauma, attachment wounds, and dissociation. Her work integrates EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family Systems, drawing on attachment theory, Polyvagal Theory, and interpersonal neurobiology to pair the science of the nervous system with authentic human connection. She leads the practice's intensive program, provides clinical consultation to fellow clinicians, and supervises Virginia Residents in Counseling. Her philosophy rests on a simple belief: healing doesn't require becoming someone new.

Sierra

She practices from a person-centered foundation with training in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and attachment-based approaches, weaving DBT skills into everyday coping. Her multicultural lens is grounded in her identity as a biracial Diné (Navajo) and White clinician and a deep respect for ancestral and cultural healing traditions. Away from the office, she recharges in nature, through creative arts, and with her cat, Sarabi.
